Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

JMSFK is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and transportation are controlled by the carrier.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim when appropriate.
Delivered Packages
Orders marked as "Delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
JMSFK is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to locations where our products may legally be sold and delivered.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to legal, logistical, or operational limitations.
